RISE ENTREPRENEURS TRAINING

Koziba's new exciting, practical, thought provoking and entertaining training is called, "R.I.S.E Entrepreneurs. The goal of the RISE is to create a national curriculum that draws from diverse experiences and resources to address the unique needs of Botswana youth. It aims to provide basic training in business development skills and essential life skills necessary to become an active and contributing citizen. The training :

1. Enhance entrepreneurship skills of young people through entrepreneurship training, mentoring, and business internship.

2. Empower young entrepreneurs with how to raise start-up capitals to enable them establish, run and manage sustainable enterprises.

3. Increase access to financial support for young people, through linkages to investors, credit banks, and other micro-finance houses for start-up capital and business growth/expansion purpose. 

4. Reduce youth restiveness and unemployment by creating job opportunities for young people. 

5. Award 3 Best Start Up’s with Start Up Capital of P30 000.00 ($3000).
